The Association of Hazara Voice for Justice (AHVJ) was founded in 2020 in New Delhi, India, by a group of Hazara refugees with the aim of advocating for the rights of refugees living in India and serving as a bridge between the Hazara community in India and relevant refugee organizations. AHVJ is also dedicated to offering educational, vocational, and awareness programs to help refugees enhance their skills and capacities. Our vision is to build a society where everyone has equal opportunities and is treated fairly, regardless of their affiliations, ensuring that no one’s rights are violated or overlooked.
The main goal of the association is to advocate for the rights of Hazara refugees and asylum-seekers in India. In addition, the association will strive to provide opportunities and programs for education, capacity building, skill development, and awareness-raising for refugees and asylum-seekers.

The activities of this institution are organized with consideration of the realities of the community, promoting coexistence, and adhering to the laws and policies of both the UNHCR and the government of India. The association acts as a liaison between refugees and relevant refugee organizations. All activities within this association are voluntary, with a focus on supporting refugees through cultural, educational, and advocacy efforts. The association respects and complies with all applicable laws of the host country, international laws, conventions, protocols, and other accepted agreements regarding refugees, as well as the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
انجمن صدای هزاره برای عدالت درسال 2020 در دهلی نو، هند توسط گروهی از پناهندگان هزاره با هدف دادخواهی و حمایت از حقوق پناهندگان هزاره‌ای که در هند زندگی می‌کنند تأسیس شد. این انجمن یک نهاد اجتماعی-فرهنگی، مستقل، غیرسیاسی و غیرانتفاعی است که اعضای آن از اقشار مختلف جامعه هزاره، از جمله نخبگان و شخصیت‌های تأثیرگذار، تشکیل شده است. فعالیت‌های این نهاد با درنظر گرفتن واقعیت‌های جامعه، ترویج همزیستی مسالمت‌آمیز و رعایت قوانین و سیاست‌های کمیساریای عالی پناهندگان سازمان ملل متحد و دولت هند تنظیم شده است. این انجمن به عنوان یک پل ارتباطی میان پناهندگان و سازمان‌های مربوط به پناهندگان عمل می‌کند. تمامی فعالیت‌های این انجمن به صورت داوطلبانه انجام می‌شود و بر حمایت از پناهندگان از طریق تلاش‌های فرهنگی، آموزشی و دادخواهی متمرکز است. این انجمن به تمامی قوانین نافذه کشور میزبان، قوانین بین‌المللی، کنوانسیون‌ها، پروتکل‌ها و سایر توافقنامه‌های پذیرفته شده در امور پناهندگان و همچنین اعلامیه جهانی حقوق بشر احترام می‌گذارد و آنها را رعایت می‌کند.
